WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

I understand the need for flexibility in my client's schedules and respect how valuable their time is. I make every attempt to accommodate my client's schedules and would ask that you do the same with mine.

I kindly ask that you confirm and/or cancel your upcoming appointment no more than 48 hours before. This ensures a respected time frame in my schedule to offer that slot to another client in a timely manner. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment please notify me at least 48 hours before to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Prepayment may be required to book the next appointment.

WHAT IF I AM LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT?

I will do my best to accommodate you, but if you are more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your appointment, which may result in a missed appointment. Each appointment is allotted a specific amount of time to ensure we get services done in a timely manner. I completely understand things happen, but if you are running late please contact me or the salon as soon as possible.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN WITH ME?

For safety and liability issues, we ask that you please leave your children at home unless they have an appointment.

Question 4

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH MY SERVICES?

Accepted Answer

If you are unhappy with your services, I kindly ask that you let me know within 5 days. My goal as you stylist is to ensure you leave my chair happy. If a situation does occur where you are not satisfied with your service, please notified me and I will try my best to resolve the issue.

With that being said, not achieving final results in one session, when we have discussed in the consultation that it would require multiple sessions, does NOT constitute as a re-do.
